 It is vital to make sure that everyone who joins our agency gets the same onboarding experience.  This continues to build our culture and follows through on the promise of High Support and High Challenge! Make sure that you provide each new recruit the “Onboarding Steps” provided below.  It is best practice to have the new recruit screen share their browser so that you can help them walk through the process and they can complete the forms through the onboarding steps.

Make sure that you are familiar with the entire workflow process from the first interview through the new agent becoming a new writer. You can move through the process from the interview process, to the onboarding process, to the production process by clicking the tabs in the bottom left.

 

 

Side Note: If you are completing the onboarding process in a group setting you will simply screen share your computer and ask that each of the new agents follow along and complete the forms as you move through the steps!

Onboarding 1-on-1’s and Sessions

Make sure that you are using the Onboarding Session Service in vCita to schedule your onboarding meetings.  This is important to help track the metrics for your recruiting.  These sessions can be run 1-on-1 or in a group session.  Please work with your upline Agency Managers to determine what would be best. We have provided an email template that you can use to help streamline this process.  Make sure that you update the information to reflect your Video Conference info and other details.  Also, vCita now lets you integrate Zoom into the scheduling system.  You can find this process under the integrated app’s settings inside of vCita. This will make the video scheduling process for 1-on-1 onboarding sessions much easier.
