Both Licensed and Unlicensed Agents need to complete the contracting process in the Symmetry Contracting Portal. (https://symmetryonboarding.com/) If you are not currently licensed, your contract will be put into a holding pattern and can be updated once the state issues your license.
Licensed Agents: Once contracting is submitted and all errors corrected, the contracting process will take 24-72 hours to process. In the event, there is an error in the submitted contract you will be contacted through the Symmetry Contracting Portal with the needed corrections. (https://symmetryonboarding.com/) When the contract is in good order and fully processed by the corporate office, you will be issued a log-in for the leads and application system.
You should receive a link to register for the Symmetry Contracting Portal within 24 hours of completing the request form on the Getting Started page. If you do not, please contact your recruiter. In the meantime, there are a few things you will need before filling out your paperwork.
