Altitude Bonus
For those that have new registrants between 7/15 – 8/8 and they attend Altitude, you will receive a $2,000 net-placed credit per person toward the above numbers.
Key Leader*
New Key Leader: (as of March 31st, 2019)
- Maintain the minimum KL qualifications found on Symmetry’s Levels of Leadership & Promotion Guidelines
- You must validate your current contract level by the end of September
Current Key Leader: (as of Feb 28th, 2019)
- Maintain the minimum qualifications of $30k Submitted, Rolling 90 day Average of $150 PPL and You +3 Direct Writers found on Symmetry’s Levels of Leadership
- You must validate your current contract level by the end of September
- Submitted & Issued numbers must be greater than the previous three months in order to qualify as a current Key Leader.
Qualified Key Leaders will receive:
- Invitation to Leadership Retreat
- Qualified meals (see schedule)
- 3 nights at Big Cedar Lodging
Agency Owner*
New and Current AO:
- Maintain minimum AO qualifications found on Symmetry’s Level’s of Leadership
- You must validate your current contract level each month by the end of September.
- Submitted & Issued numbers must be greater than the previous three months in order to qualify as a current Agency Owner.
Qualified AO’s will receive:
- Invitation to Leadership Retreat
- Qualified meals (see schedule)
- 3 nights at Big Cedar Lodging

Qualified agents must maintain a 60% or higher net-placed average
