vCita is the full resource scheduling platform that will link your Landing Page to your calendar.  This is the main tool to keep track of potential agents during the interview process.

• A dedicated scheduling link will be placed at the bottom of your landing page so that recruits can schedule a time that works for you.
• Through vCita you will be able to communicate with your recruits before and after each meeting using Agency Branded messaging and emails.
• vCita tracks the 1st and 2nd interviews, as well as onboarding meetings to measure them against the Master Agency’s metrics.
• All communication is kept in an encrypted recruit portal so that you know exactly what was discussed and when.

Every vCita account holder will also get their own Candidate Tracking Spreadsheet to make sure that each recruit is properly walked through our process from 1st interview to writing agent.
